Acupuncture and Eastern medicine includes the use of acupuncture, acupressure, cupping therapy, gua sha, nutrition counseling, and Eastern herbal medicine. It is a complete medical system and can address most forms of illness in the body.

There are many conditions that can benefit from the use of Eastern medicine such as pain management and relief, seasonal allergies, women's health, stress management, insomnia, relief from anxiousness and feelings of depression, infant colic, and help with gastrointestinal disorders, to name a few.

Eastern medicine offers an individual approach to all health concerns. As an alternative to treating a human being as a condition, Eastern medicine uses a multi-prong approach to treat your health as an individual constellation of patterns unique to you. Due to this practice, East Asian medicine can often tackle complex conditions, as well as treat temporary illnesses such as the common cold. East Asian medicine provides an excellent compliment to your Western medical care.

Together, they work on structural, emotional, and energetic levels to treat the individual in order to bring balance to the whole body.

Craniosacral and visceral work is often incorporated into your acupuncture session. For those who need a whole hour of focused bodywork, please contact our office at 509-520-7993 to coordinate these appointments.

I love working with the unique needs of each individual and listening to what the body is asking for each day. My intention with every visit is that the treatment you receive is the treatment you need.

I received my Masters in Acupuncture & East Asian Medicine from Bastyr University in 2020. I then received additional mentorship after graduating where I was trained in the use of Master Tung and balance methodologies in acupuncture.

Prior to attending Bastyr I obtained my Masters in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University in 2014, so I also enjoy offering support for stress reduction techniques and self-connection.

Some of the conditions I treat include pain management, headaches, TMJ disorder, fertility support, prenatal and postpartum support, insomnia, gastrointestinal conditions, anxiety and depression, and many others.
