We’re grateful to help you with your healthcare goals. To ensure a smooth and efficient first visit, please consider the following:
1. Book Your Appointment: Choose a time that works best for you. We look forward to meeting with you!
2. Complete Your Forms: Before your visit, please take a moment to fill out the necessary forms to the best of your ability, including your health history. Completing these forms accurately and thoroughly will help us provide you with the best care possible. If you have any difficulty filling out the forms, don’t worry! Assistance is available in two ways:
Come in Early: You can arrive 30 minutes early for your appointment, and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with the paperwork right here in the clinic.
Arrive on Time: If you choose to arrive at your appointment time and your forms have not been completed, you can complete the forms with your practitioner as part of your consultation. However, this typically takes longer and we will have to reschedule your acupuncture treatment for a later date.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Your readiness to complete this process ahead of time greatly assists us in preparing for your visit and ensures that we can dedicate our full attention to your health and well-being from the moment you arrive.
We’re looking forward to assisting you in your care. See you soon!

I love working with the unique needs of each individual and listening to what the body is asking for each day. My intention with every visit is that the treatment you receive is the treatment you need.
I have completed trainings in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Balance method, and Five Element acupuncture. Prior to becoming an acupuncturist, I was a massage therapist and craniosacral practitioner for 20 years. I blend all of these techniques together to give a balanced and unique treatment experience each time you’re on my table.
I also have my Masters in Mind-Body Medicine, so I enjoy offering support for stress reduction techniques and self-connection. Keep an eye on my schedule for upcoming workshops!

Healing is my passion. I love finding the key to unlock the deepest healing that is available in any given moment and I like to co-create a sacred space that feels safe and supportive of the healing journey for each individual.
Before acupuncture school, I was a physical therapist assistant and craniosacral therapist, specializing in low back care with a focus on sacroiliac joint dysfunction and pelvic alignment. I love to blend my experience into my acupuncture treatments to give patients focused care throughout their time with me.
I also teach our women’s vocal toning class once a month. Creating a safe space for women to connect and release their voice is another passion of mine. I’d love to see you there!
